Public Hearing UKM Unsoed

BEM Unsoed – Telah berlangsung Public Hearing dalam rangka memfasilitasi UKM Universitas untuk menyampaikan aspirasi, kendala, keluhan, dan hal lain kepada pihak rektorat, termasuk di antaranya adalah keluhan terkait fasilitas UKM, alur pendanaan kegiatan, pendanaan delegasi lomba, dan promosi kegiatan UKM. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan oleh kementerian Minat dan Bakat bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Dalam Negeri, dengan melibatkan UKM Universitas (UKM Usman, UKM BKC, UKM Taekwondo, UKM Soedirman Robotic Team, UKM KSR PMI, UKM SEF, UKM Marching Band Buana Putra Soedirman, UKM PSHT, UKM Bulutangkis Unsoed), delapan mahasiswa berprestasi yaitu Dessy Ardiani, Dessy Ardiana, Munal Quro, Nabiila Rifdah, Panji Arif, Yusuf Rozzaq, Regata, Riana, Menteri Koordinator Kemahasiswaan BEM Unsoed 2021, serta Presiden BEM Unsoed 2021.

Kegiatan Public Hearing ini dilaksanakan karena melihat banyaknya keluhan UKM Universitas yang kurang didukung dari segi fasilitas dan pendanaan dalam kegiatannya. Begitu pula dengan kurangnya apresiasi dan kurangnya fasilitasi dari pihak rektorat kepada Mahasiswa Berprestasi. Oleh karena itu, Kementerian Minat dan Bakat berusaha menampung hal tersebut melalui rangkaian agenda sebagai berikut:

  1. 12-18 Agustus 2021    : Pembagian dan pengisian Google Form Public Hearing
  2. 18-28 Agustus 2021    : Cek ulang hasil form Public Hearing kepada pihak UKM
  3. 28 Agt-18 Sept 2021   : Rekap hasil form Public Hearing berdasarkan urgensi, pengelompokan jenis keluhan, dll.
  4. 20 September 2021     : Menemui pihak rektorat (Menteri Minat dan Bakat, Menko Kemahasiswaan, dan PJ Public Hearing dengan Pak Kuat WR III)
  5. 7 Oktober 2021           : Forum Lingkar Koordinasi dengan pihak UKM Universitas dan Mahasiswa Berprestasi
  6. 3 November 2021       : Pertemuan Perwakilan UKM dan Mahasiswa Berprestasi didampingi Presiden BEM Unsoed untuk menemui pihak rektorat (Pak Kuat sebagai WR III Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Alumni) dengan menyerahkan dokumen Public Hearing yang berisikan keluhan, kendala, aspirasi, keaktifan UKM, dan pendelegasian perlombaan.

Pada tanggal 7 Oktober, agenda tersebut berlangsung di Pendopo PKM Unsoed dengan dihadiri oleh 9 UKM Universitas, satu Mahasiswa Berprestasi, Kementerian Minat dan Bakat, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Presiden BEM Unsoed, dll. Agenda tersebut dimulai dengan pemaparan terkait Public Hearing oleh Kementerian Minat dan Bakat. Selanjutnya, dilakukan diskusi dan pemaparan dari pihak-pihak UKM Universitas dan mahasiswa berprestasi terkait keluhan, permasalahan fasilitas, alur pendanaan, alur delegasi, dll. Kemudian, melakukan kesepakatan bersama untuk melakukan pertemuan dengan pihak kemahasiswaan sebagai bentuk tindak lanjutnya. Dapat disimpulkan, keberjalanan agenda pada tanggal 7 Oktober mendapati 4 urgensi yang perlu didiskusikan dengan pihak rektorat, di antaranya adalah transparansi alur pendanaan kegiatan dan delegasi, fasilitas UKM, program MBKM yang memengaruhi SDM, dan kegiatan UKM untuk offline/tetap online.

Sementara itu, pada tanggal 3 November, merupakan agenda pertemuan antara Presiden BEM Unsoed, dua perwakilan UKM Universitas, dan satu mahasiswa berprestasi. Agenda tersebut berlangsung di Gedung Rektorat tepatnya Ruangan WR III, dimulai dengan pemaparan terkait Public Hearing. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi permasalahan UKM Universitas dan penyampaian langsung keluhan mahasiswa berprestasi dalam seluruh kegiatannya. Dengan adanya  persetujuan bahwa:

  1. Pihak rektorat akan melayani UKM Universitas maupun mahasiswa berprestasi dengan lebih baik.
  2. Pendataan database kejuaraan oleh pihak Unsoed akan direkap dan kemudian diapresiasi sebagaimana mestinya.
  3. Pihak rektorat akan dengan serius memperbaiki kekurangan fasilitas UKM.
  4. Pembuatan peraturan rekognisi (prestasi mahasiswa bisa disetarakan dengan kegiatan akademik seperti KKN, pendelegasian dengan penyetaraan SKS, pembebasan skripsi, dll).
