[ALUR PEMINJAMAN AULA ATAU PENDOPO PKM]

Kementerian Dalam Negeri BEM Unsoed akan memberikan sedikit penjelasan mengenai alur peminjaman aula atau pendopo PKM. Adapun alurnya dijelaskan sebagai berikut:
1. Cek timetable peminjaman aula atau pendopo PKM secara langsung ke sekretariat BEM Unsoed;
2. Setelah menemukan tanggal peminjaman yang kosong atau tidak ada yang memakai, silahkan membuat surat untuk peminjaman aula atau pendopo PKM;
3. Surat ditujukan kepada Kementerian Dalam Negeri BEM Unsoed dengan isi surat mencantumkan nama kegiatan, hari atau tanggal kegiatan, waktu kegiatan (dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan), tempat kegiatan dan sertakan contact person (CP) yang dapat dihubungi;
4. Waktu peminjaman maksimal 3 hari, lebih dari 3 hari diharuskan membuat surat baru;
5. Dalam proses peminjaman, tidak diperkenankan sistem booking tanpa surat atau via telepon (siapa cepat, dia dapat);

6. Konfirmasi surat akan diberitahukan via contact person yang tertera di surat peminjaman oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri BEM Unsoed;
7. Bagi yang menggunakan aula atau pendopo PKM, wajib menjaga kebersihan area tersebut. *Note: Surat akan di konfirmasi pada jam layanan Kemendagri BEM Unsoed
